Mark of Honor for bgs and arenas

Make it so it can drop at the end of the bg and arena win 1/2 mark of honor. It`s a bit hard to farm mark of honor from world quests, and it would be nice since it doesn`t affect the gameplay at all, it`s just about transmog purpose.

Actually the system is a bit different, we need BONUS EVENTS mechanic http://www.wowhead.com/bonus-events, this is currently not implemented... We will, eventually

actually, you SHOULD be getting 12 marks of honor via World Quests per 4 days.
i think it's fair actually. we COULD get 2 ensembles every week. IF the legacy vendors were working... (the draenor/pandaria works tho)

but. i definitely wont disagree with the idea of more marks. xD

people are wearing shitty transmog these days... the legacy vendors should be fixed ASAP.
