Master Loot bug (ToT) lost loot

Character Name: Floralys (raid leader) and Extraordinry (person who won the roll)
Item Name & ID: We dont know. As soon as Master Looter - Floralys, put his hands on loot, he disconnected. He linked just 1 item:

Details: (optional) Our guild Reckless, made a 25n ToT. After killing 1st boss Jin'rokh the Breaker, Floralys who was the ML attempted to share the loot and linked one item in raid warning. However, as soon as he tried to award Extraordinry with shoulders (as shown in ss), his client crashed. When he logged back he couldn't loot it anymore. We tried everything. FFA, changed ML, relogs, all for nothing. Finally, I wrote a ticket ingame, but for over 2h no reply. As you can see (Floralys's feed page), we didn't obtain any loot from this boss.
