Mining+ other proffessions bugged.

Bug description: Mining (Broken isles+ Argus) is Bugged, in the first video as you can see i kill the basilik and i can't even mine it, in the second video The Demonsteel Stirrups doesn't work and i can't mine or even gather herbs while mounted, also i have 3 stars on felslate deposit and felslate steam but i only get 1 felslate once i mine them when it has to give me 6+ per deposit and 10+ per steam, i farmed like 30 felslate without dropping a single Blood of Sargeras. In the third video i can mine the basiliks without problem, the bug is that when i kill basiliks and mine them they don't drop me Blood of sargeras i farmed there for 10mins without dropping a single blood when i have 2 stars on living felslates, even the quest to get the third star doesn't drop. those are the bugs i encountred with mining there are also some bugs with skining, alchimy and Herbalism.
-With skining, i can't skin the beasts i kill on argus.
-With alchimy i can't get the stars with discovery like Ancient healing potion's 3rd star and Ancient mana potion's 2nd star, there's also a bug with Work order world quests like this quest for exemple(https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41661&name=work-order-skystep-potions) it should give me the second star on Skystep potion i finished it twice and i didn't get the star.
-With herbalism, i farmed astral glory for 1 hour and i didn't get any quest to get the next star.

I can confirm that you can't skin creatures on Agrus apart from some stags that don't drop any leather.
