Missing auction items never returned to me.

Details:
I had several auctions in the auction house for the mount "Swift Lovebird" & all of them have disappeared or have never returned to my mailbox.
I have created a GM ticket already in-game & the GM reply said that I have 26 of the mounts I had for auction, & they should be in my mail. They are not.
I had them up for auction & when the auctions expired, I guess they were never returned to my mailbox.
I have deleted my cache & also relogged several times & they are not in my mailbox or anything.
If they are stuck in the database somewhere & not able to return to my mailbox, what do I do?
Apparently a GM can see them since the reply told me I had 26 of them supposedly there, but they were never returned to me, but they should be there...
What do I do now???

Are you using an add-on for mailbox / auction house ?
