Bug description: Ok, work with me here. From all sources I've seen, we are supposed to be able to get the mastery buff version of this spell at 90 as a daily. Yet we currently can't get it BUT I can't find the daily that actually grants this that we should be able to do at lvl 90. Maybe one of the previous dailies? =/

From reading comments on wowhead (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31842/practice-makes-perfect-master-kistane), I think I understand a little more. You ARE supposed to be able to do the previous dailies (which we can't do here atm) but the Master's level, HP and dmg are supposed to change based on your level (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=65899/master-kistane#comments). This might be a little too complicated for Freakz to handle, so maybe just allow us to have the lvl 80 daily for the mastery buff? It's really great because it persists through death, like a flask. But cannot be stacked with paladin buff or other sources of mastery buffs.

Sorry, wasn't sure where to post this, since this is a spell, but only affects Monks. =/

Confirmed. You should get an daily quest which, once complete, awards you with a flask-style Mastery buff.
