Bug description: Monk specc-exclusive stances should have a way higher priority than the normal stance, Stance of the Fierce Tiger

BEFORE RELOG/LOADING SCREEN, JUST RESPECC'D:

AFTER RELOG/LOADING SCREEN:

It doesn't seem very important, but breaks a lot of addons and is extremely annoying to respecc after each loading screen.
