[Monk][Mistweaver] Jade statue healing with AMA

Bug description: Soothing mist from statue not effected buy healing increase from Enveloping mist when you have Ancient Mistweaver Arts talent picked.

You can see the soothing mist from statue is consistently 3306 regardless the enveloping mist being on me.

P.S

It isn't due snapshoting issue. I tried replying soothing mist during the Enveloping Mist yet still statue heals the same.
