Bug description: If a target is strafing or is having a higher speed, Fists of Fury won't land on that target at all.
Proof:

Indeed, the same problem was present on retail too, thing is, on Freakz, it's almost impossible to use Fists of Fury on a feral druid or a rogue that is strafing (left-right, right-left ) continuously.

0:43 - 0:45; Watch how he lands that Fists of Fury while the target was moving around him and he still gets him damaged & stunned.
0:26 - 0:29 - Here it catches the rogue instantly, by just turning his camera to face him.
2:54 - 2:56 - After the Rogue blinds him, the cast of Fists of Fury isn't interrupted instantly, so, he managed to stun him right after 0.6 seconds of staying in Blind.

0:51 - 0:57 This is by far the most closer example on how it works right now on Freakz, so far, he managed to get the stun. If a rogue or druid moves the same as the feral in the video, you won't have any chance of stunning them, on our server.
12:01 - 12:05 - Watch in Slow Motion, exactly as above, the same exact situation.
5:34 - 5:37 - The feral still doing strafes and still getting stunned, over and over.


And, regarding the missed / dodged Fists of Fury in the 2nd video, let me clarify it for you: On retail there's a different lag between spells compared to the server, so, that's why things like those can happen. But here, where everyone has between 1 and 10 ms Latency, there's no way that such things should happen, especially if the player is from the same country and it doesn't lag.

PS: Since this bug report is more of an headache, i'll leave some names here, if they can help providing some other information.

I can confirm this bug.
I did some tests some time a go that went like this:
I duel someone and I ask that person that when I channel fists of fury to move in circles around me
And usually >50% of time, when he moved trough fists like that , he didn't get stunned.

I don't think that this is a solution, the only way i think this can be fixed is to increase the frontal cone that the spell uses, and maybe the range by 1-2 yards
