[Monk][Windwalker] Storm, Earth, and Fire v3

Bug description: The spell isn't completely accurate, it still has various bugs, i'll try to list all of them:
Proof:

1. It should not copy:

Spear Hand Strike ( This doesn't happen all the time, so.. please test it multiple times. )


It should copy:

Tiger Strikes buff.

2. You shouldn't be able to Transcendence: Transfer to the Clone location.

( 1:05 - 1:10, even the player says that it was fixed some patches ago. )


3. ( Exploit ) - You shouldn't be able to buff up the clones. If you use Stamina while a clone is summoned, the clone HP will change from 10% of summoner's HP to your total HP and it can be healed, thus' transforming the clone into a player, basically.

4. The summoned clone damage is somehow strange, it does way more damage even than the player. Needs some testing.

Adding a bug with Rshammy buff. When mirror gets buff my mirror gets massively increased HP and after it ends they are still too high http://imgur.com/a/WcYaj. In 2s with monk with Rshammy behind *** makes mirror way too strong
