[Multiple] Sephuz`s Secret in EN

So I have tested it once again, on normal, heroic and mythic difficulties, but Sephuz`s Secret + Counterspell is still not providing haste buff when interrupting abilities on Nythendra`s adds https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=gelatinized+decay neither on Ilgynoth adds http://www.wowhead.com/npc=105322/deathglare-tentacle#abilities

As you can see in my post https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Legendary-Sephuz-s-Secret-not-proc-ing-t481695.html about the sephuz ring, it doesnt proc when i use Silence on the add.

I've tested and the ring doesn't proc on any classes on the adds from nythendra. So I assume it has to do with the adds?

I will move this to items as it has nothing to to with class spells.

Confirmed on Nythendra Blobs,
tested on Deathglares and Works fine
