How many of you use Mumble? Would a Mumble server work?

How much do you like Irony ? I just unistalled it yesterday, i think many guildes or groups of player are using it instead of your current teamspeak so it would help that kind of people. My biggest concern is if that mumble see the day, it will affect pugs raids and such in case the leader ask for mumble forcing other people to install it just for one time, sure it will be there for the next time but maybe those people won't be asked to come on mumble ever again.

Besides, how do you plan to moderate it ? Have staff member be on both servers or recruit other mods ?

According to Reddit, mumble had some issues couple of days ago. Not sure if they fixed it or not.

Yeah, I noticed that as well... I don't think they fixed it yet.

Why would it need strict moderation? It's all about channels, groups and group rules. They must solve their issues within their group.

Recently i've used Discord for playing League with some friends and i must say i fell in love with that VC application. One can download application for constant uses or if one is pugging the raid, he can give link to people and they can join via their web browser so they don't need to download anything. And if you're hardcore raider who's stuck in trafic or can't make it for the raid, you can log in on your phone and talk with your friends or make an excuse for not joining the raid. It's perfect. Not sure why so many people are hating it tho :/

Apart from the web support part, you can do all those things on TeamSpeak as well, it just costs.

Yes, mobile application cost money to get, while free "remote" one requires you to have TS installed on your PC so it can connect through it.
Discord one gives same functionality like others and it even has history viewer so you don't miss any messages/links posted while you we're offline.
It's a great VC application overall, and it amazes me it is free.
