Bug description: the rope that grants acces to his "secret" cave doesnt work

I have also encountered this bug. The rope worked when I did thequest the first time but I cannot revisit the cave.

Confirmed. Using the rope does not do anything. I can confirm that if you use the rope while inside the cave to get out does not work as well.
