Need Clarification on performance :D

Hey guys !
I am new here and before i download MoP (because i got volume based internet and i dont want to waste volume) i wanted to know when does the population of this server peak mostly and what is the peak population? Also does the classes work good along with pvp systems and pve along with leveling systems? And my laptop can run till cataclysm in pvp bgs and arenas in 50fps+(never done pve but in dungeons and 10mans it runs in 45+ fps upto WoLTK but never done pve in cata except dungeon only) where i got i5-3337U CPU @ 1.8Ghz (4 CPUs) , 4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4000 (1538MB), so will MoP run smoothly like them or not ?

at this link " https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Fixed-Closed-bugs-f1978.html " u can see they doing fixes all the time. some times slowly some times emergency fixes.
for fps it depends on your graphic settings too. but your system is good enough. as systemrequirementslab says u have recommended requirements.

Oh im sorry was in hurry to post this before exam started so kind of didnt read the rules.

And i think the graphics ill use will just be fair for the most part any idea on the fps i may get ?
and this is a romanian server but idk if there are plenty of english players or not

No, this server is not anymore only Romanian based. It is International and we have a decent English Speaking community that is still growing.
I do not how much FPS you will get but it will be good for your gameplay.
