Hello guys , i have a question. i try to do some calculations about some trinkets in order to determinate which one is better or if one or another is bugged ...cuz i think one o my trinkets deal less dmg than is suposed to do (i think , im not sure so thats why i want to calculate first, not to make a post based on my belives ....the problem is that:
Some formulas contain this: round( a number * ITEMBUDGET, 0) * rest of the formula ... does not matter.. my question is what is that ITEMBUDGET ...i need to know in ordet to calculate

Anyone who can help me ?
P.S/: i know what "round" function do, i just want to know what is "itembudget" .

Idk if there is an issue as i said , i just want to know what that "ItemBudget" means in order to calculete some some things.

It's something related to the Ilvl of the trinket. A higher ilvl trinket has a higher ItemBudget value, so it will deal more damage based on the formula. Something like that. That's about all I know.
