No more quests in the order hall, why?

So I've done a few quests already, but after the one where I recruit Thoras Trollbane, there was no other quest, except recruiting Koltira...
I am lvl 110, and it seems very very weird that I do not have any other quests in my order hall...

what should I do?

As i said before, the class hall is not fully scripted, so you have unlocked all that's available to us.
