Non combat pet for vote/donate possibility

Was never implemented originally ingame on live servers, I believe it was originally linked to this npc/questline but was never added : http://www.wowwiki.com/Corrupted_Cat

This could be a better source of input for more vote/donation revenue when people see others with it ingame.

Not sure how hard it is to implement pets, but there are much bigger things to be scripted then non-combat pets. No from me, sorry.

That item already exists in vote shop.

My apologies last time I checked vote pets was a while back and I had tested it out after but didn't make a post right away.
