Anyone can buy it from AH. some are 800g. Logic indicates anyone that has the time to Queue for 16 heroics(knowing many fall apart) can easily afford to buy, and does buy the ds belts.
Its not selfish. It makes sense for everyone. Who wants to spend time doing a long quest for something you can get from trash.

So apparently the bag from the weekly has a chance to drop a 384 belt.
I'm suggesting that it not be on the loot table seeing as ANY class ANY spec can buy 397 boe belt(Drops from ds which is frequently trash run for it.) for anywhere from 1500-8000g.
It just doesn't make sense for it to be on the loot tables when there is a highly superior option easily obtainable. Anyone spending time to do 16 heroics to upgrade their item level wou ...
