Tested this on multiple characters and multiple accounts.

Does it to both horde and alliance.

Isn't 100% chance to flag you when you summon it but its enough to be a nuisance and easily attributed to the mount specifically.

Unless you can provide us with some proofs I have no other choice but to reject this bug report. I myself made few tests today and there was no PvP flagging on any of my characters.

rejecting due to no proof , i tried it does not flag you for pvp
