From which mob i can drop Broken Sentinax Beacon quest item?
Is there any trick?
Or i must go thru 2,5% drop chance from Feltotem Necromancers?

Hello Travex,

I recommend farming the Deepsurge Naga, all of them have a chance to drop it and there are over a hundred spawns of them.

But these are visible only with specific world quest, when i complete this quest (25 kills), they disappear

You need to find other mobs afterwards.

Also, the drop chances displayed on the item page are incorrect, check the individual mobs on the NPC finder to see the real drop rate.
