[Oribus] Val'kyr Courier is missing from Ring of Transference

Bug description:

I died in the middle of https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=63844&&name=the-chosen-few... My spirit showed up inside Gnomeregan for some reason, and after I talked to the Spirit Healer to take Res Sickness I turned up outside The Crossroads in Northern Barrens.

According to one of the comments on https://www.wowhead.com/quest=63844/the-chosen-few#comments, there's supposed to be a https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=177733&&name=val-kyr-courier near one of the columns in Oribus' Ring of Transference that should let me teleport back into Skyhold to turn in the quest... But she isn't there.

Kindly fix in the next patch, it quite literally breaks game progress for anyone who dies during the quest

FYI I've figured out it's still possible to get back to Skyhold and turn in the quests by going back to https://www.wowhead.com/npc=177597/danica-the-reclaimer in The Maw...

Hello,

We can confirm that the NPC in Oribos to return to Skyhold is missing, however, it's not a gamebreaking issue.

You can return to Skyhold by talking to Danica the Reclaimer in the Maw.
