Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Pe langa dot-ul care il pune acest seal mai trebuie sa dea un dmg la unleshing iar Dmg care il da la unleshing e foarte mic ar trebui sa fie undeva la 2,2-2,5 k la 9500 ap(cat am eu) iar el da maxim 650. Datele sunt coform tooltip-ului si pe Dr Damage acelasi lucru zice.
Dovada / Proof: Dovada nu am ce dovada sa aduc ca orcine ar vrea sa repare. Ar sesiza acest bug odata ce a fost adus la cunostinta

si cu toate astea, tu nu aduci nici macar dovada din tooltip......si avand in vedere ca este un spell cu mai mult de 2 componente, ar fi frumos sa aduci niste dovezi de genu: "how it should work, and how it currently works".

1 censure DoT did less damage than the seal effect

2 you can see that the total dmg is 327672 in 277 hits at an average of 1182,93





here i have some better stuff , same weapon ( for the 15% base), and i have the talents that increase the seals dmg

i made 62726 in 91 hits at an average of 689

and censure did almost 3 times more damage

Hand of light dmg is ok, in the screenshot from the video he didn't use templars verdict so it's normal to have a smaller hand of light damage.
