[Paladin][Talent] Unbreakable Spirit vs cooldown recovery rate trinkets

WoW Freakz spell link: Unbreakable Spirit
Bug description: When coupled with Vial of corruption or Evil eye of galakras according to your current spec, it reduces the cooldown of affected abilities by a too large amount. Basically, it should apply the talent first then the trinket recovery rate is applied to the "new" cooldown but currently the trinket's effect are applied regardless of if US is enabled or not. Only works with Divine shield and Divine protection that are affected by both the talent and the trinkets.
Proof:

Current Freakz calculations using 4/4 Evil eye of galakras (45% recovery rate) with Unbreakable spirit:
Divine protection (30s CD) : (1/1.45*60) - 30 = 41,37 - 30 = 11,37s proof
Divine shield (150s CD) : (1/1.45*300) - 150 = 206,89 - 150 = 56,89s proof

"Correct" calculations using the same setup:
Divine protection (30s CD) : 1/1.45*30 = 20,68s
Divine shield (150s CD) : 1/1.45*150 = 103,44s = 1min43s

Or it's 1,43min i don't know, pardon my mistakes i'm really not at ease with numbers i try quite hard but sometimes you just can't get along with everything.

You can see how absurd this is with a 4/4 heroic warforged Evil eye of galakras as it will set your Divine protection cooldown at 9s while the spell lasts 10s and using Protection's 2pT16 bonus providing heal over time when DP fades ...
