[Priest] Discipline Atonement keeping disc in combat forever

Bug description: So this bug is happening in pvp mostly but its related to both pve and pvp, so for example priest puts dots on enemy arena team and have atonement buff on his partner and himself meanwhile he gets blinded from enemy rogue and priests partner is taking dmg but atonement is healing his partner and priest while blinded which keeps priest in combat for dot duration + 6 sec normal time to leave combat, so rogue cant blind sap disc ever cause disc will always have dots on enemy and atonement on his partner... Also this is disabling priest drinks since hes in combat forever if dots and atonement are there.
