[Priest][Discipline] (all) healing and absorb - dampening

Bug description: Power Word: Shield - dampening bug - I've once reported the same bug, just with dispersion (Shadow spec). Dampening is again bugged affecting heals and absorbs wrongly.
Proof: Here you can see Power Word: Shield at the arena with 0% of dampening https://imgur.com/a/plbjlpw - 239,5k absorb. Here you can see Power Word: Shield with 20% of dampening
(first one is proof of dampening, second one shows the absorb) https://imgur.com/a/lig5vnY - 20% damp, https://imgur.com/a/MDxvMC1 - 113k absorb.
So: PW shield with 0% dampening absorbs 239 549, with 20% of dampening it's absorbing 113 398, but there's the problem, PW shield with 20% dampening should absorb 191 634, but it's absorbing 113 398 which is 20-30 extra dampening appx. 47%.

Same thing goes to Shadow Mend and all other spells for Discipline, it seems dampening is affecting all priest spells by an extra 20-30%.

Also same for artifact damage, but that was already reported by someone else.

And finally i'm not sure if the overall absorbation amount of discipline priest in pvp is scaled right.. if that could be double checked, thanks

all priest absorbs seem bugged indeed, as far as the scaling goes, im pretty sure that one is correct.
