Bug description: PoM is not jumping fast enough, meaning the amount of damage that the player should take must be very large. Noticed in mythic raid last night, I was able to cast PoM 3 times on tanks before it jumped from either of them.
Proof: I dont have a video proof, just the rec from overall n antorus, the Pom was cast at cd but count only 159 times. https://imgur.com/a/3Aj1en2

It might be related to their Absorbs or something,I Remember similar kind of issue was resolved last patch,but ye i agree with you that PoM right now feels really bad,for example i am not even playing benediction how bad it is,i just get more value out of Apotheosis xD,but idk I don't main priest,lets see what Priest Class Mod will say.

it seems to be the same issue as this one. I'll test it some more but for now confirmed.
