[Priest][Shadow] Voidbolt VS GCD

Bug description:
First "Voidbolt" in "Voidform" can break the global cooldown.
There is a reproduce-able way of casting a "voidbolt" right after entering "Voidform, basically bypassing the GCD(Even though it is shown to go on GCD), this should not be possible!
It is not a visual/client sided bug. I tested it on training dummies and the Damage does appear on screen and on "SKADA". Meaning this is a DPS-gaining Exploit!


How to recreate:
Since its hard to show on screenshots here is how i can recreate it 90% of the time - Just simply spamming "Voidbolt" when "Voiderruption" - cast is about to finish.
I found out that this is getting easier with higher haste values(e.g. TW/BL or proccing Sephuz"
Better MS (mine is usually around 20) also helps.

When trying this, all I managed to do was to get a 'cast' of shadow bolt, which only went off after the GCD expired, could you please show a video of what happens to you when you cast it?

Did my best and could capture the bug first try, Bug happens at 00:30, 00:00-00:25 shows the haste stacking. It might seem weird to "prepare" the bug. But it happens to me without intent in all the time during Bloodlust/Sephuz/high haste stacks from last voidform etc.

i post every bug i find that isn't posted yet, im certain that the devs got priorities set for themselves, ofc Mind sear not working is worse than this. But does that change anything about the topic of this being a bug. Never saw a more useless comment.

Confirmed, the cast shouldn't be able to be instant and needs to have an extra GCD added only for void bolt.
