Problem with Target of Target

Hey i loged in my game and the game changed my option "Target of Target" off and i cant take it on and save it with
SET synchronizeConfig "setting"
i try it lot of time but it dont work did some one can help me what to do to fix it ?
As main take its a must have

Also make sure that your entire WoW folder is not set to read only and that you're starting both the Freakz launcher and the Wow.exe as administrator.
