PvP Cruel Gladiator Season 3 starting date?

I'm just curious in knowing, when Season 3 will start. I've been reading the forums where some threads were saying it would be when 7.2.5 were to be launched, but so far I don't think it started? Was it because of crashes or something that it wasn't implemented or will it come soon?

What raven3 said is correct - the season will not be started until all major balance issues will be fixed and all PvP hotfixes will be implemented.
