Question about Dread Raven Mount

Is there any way to get that mount? I looked in the vote shop, but it isn't there either are collector edition mounts not a thing you can get here?

Hello. The most sure way to get them (I'm not sure as I am not a donator myself), is to donate for them and buy them from the In-game shop. The other possible way is if you get picked from the monthly lottery that is being held for voters.
