Hello. I understand xp rate is 1x for Legion.If that is the case ,is there a way to customize xp rate? I d like it 1x. Thank you

Hello,
You cannot change the XP rates anymore. They were customizable before the update to 7.3.5, but they are not anymore.
Currently they are 10x for 1-90, 7x for 90-100, and 3x for 100-110.
