I just started playing again after a few months break and I have a notepad with some notes in it... In the notepad it says "get last legion faction friendly" and I don't remember why I was doing that because we don't have to do Uniting the Isles quest to unlock WQs... and im clueless and its driving me insane xD

Can anyone think what I would have been trying to get them all friendly for?

In order to unlock the WQs you need to complete the quest: Uniting the Isles.

If you already completed it on a character, the world quests will be unlocked on all the characters from that account.

Also, check the vendors (that require reputation with X)...maybe you wanted to buy something from them.
