Bug description: Posthaste doesn't remove movement impairing effects and doesn't give 60% increase movement speed after using disengage.
Proof: You can see that after i got rooted i used disengage, it didn't remove the root and i didn't get the speed buff. Video link: https://youtube.com/watch?v=1GoHg5arTOo:

Rejected. Works as intended, the problem was caused by the Mastery and Artifact issues few days ago.
