Bug description: When a outlaw rogue have 10% passive haste GCD should be 0.8 sec and after u stack the Alacrity talent to maximum u allmost lose the GCD like haveing Adrenaline Rush on. Sadly on ptr haste doesnt affect rogues gcd on evry spec.

Each class/spec in the game recieve reduction in global cooldown from haste stat ( for evry class reduction is difrent) but i assume u suppose to know this as class moderator ! There is nothing more to say then w8ing for a fix !!!!
