Bug description: Ysera won't offer the next step of the Night-Fae campaign. I tried logging on and off and today server restarted. I finished the Chains of Domination Chapter 3 and now I cannot proceed with either Campaigns.

chapter 7 is not scripted, chapter 3 is max for campaign for domination

As mentioned above, only the first 6 chapters of covenant campaigns are available, and the first 3 chapters of chains of domination campaign. Closing thread
