Might be a leftover bug from Mercenary Mode.
Did any of you do a battleground before joining the arena?

Don't know about him but it happened to me once.It was like this: I was dueling my 2's partner and he went really far away but the duel didn't ended(we both cross some loading zone like wen you get near storwind) in the arna i could target him like an enemy.after the arena ended we were still in duel and /concede had no effect . only after i killed him the bug has ended

No, it's not.

This is a different thing. Did any of the pets of your partner hit you? This is an issue from the crossfaction 3v3 and maybe the transformed dk pet was not added to the pet list to look as friendly for party
