[REJECTED] Artifact Knowledge leveling - Warrior bug

Bug description: I was upgradeing my Artifact weapon with the repetable quest: http://wow.gamepedia.com/Quest:Furthering_Knowledge_(warrior) from warrior class hall npc Fjorson Stonecarver where you get 1 lvl of artifact knowledge for 500 resourses. This quest is repetable till you hit lvl 15 on the artifact knowledge, but i am stuck on lvl 10 and the only thing it lets me do is to "order" the lvl up and this takes 4+ days. As i was leveling the artifact knowledge at lvl 10 i did the quest http://wow.gamepedia.com/Quest:Hitting_the_Books_(warrior) and after i started to research the work order on the same npc - Fjorson Stonecarver- the quest for upgradeing the artifact knowledge that is supose to be till 15 was gone.
Now i am stuck on the lvl 10 with 850% instead of lvl 15 with 2850%! -big difference in gaining artifact power! link: http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/2024093-Artifact-Knowledge-Bonus-Observed-and-Projected-to-L25-Cap
so i will be missing out 2000% on all acuared artifact power. I also made a ticket ingame - character name Maxhax.
Please help me with this problem.

EDIT: FIXED

If you have such a problem delete all the addons and delete the cash folder. It solved the problem for me. =)
