[REJECTED] Ashes to Dust (legendary item) still not working

Bug description: Ashes to Dust is not working . Its my 2.th legendary but i cant get increase %15 dmg when i use my wake of ashes skill. I know you fixed most of legendaries but its still not working.

[Ashes to Dust] is not working right now
the debuff is like this:

it's still working just did a test. I proved it some time ago but can't find topic so cba doing SS again

next time do a dummy test cus here it's just a visual bug the dmg bonus it's integrated in the DoT or not visible idk

Indeed it should put a separate debuff on target but who cares about it it's still 6 seconds as the Wake of ashes DoT if you want to track it or smth just track the dot

what do you mean who cares?the debuff should be visual and I'm sure that it's not working (like the legendary back for warrior the buff is on warrior) since it has no effect on normal damage of my execution sentence and there is no different between when it land before the use of wake to ashes and when the buff of wake to ashes is on the mob
by the way it's not a dot damage, it's 15% increase in damage taken

Yes this legedary is not working my guildmate and i test it in the raid and on dummy but there was no sign of the ashes to dust debuff on them

It's more than a month since this topic was made and still there is no answer and no result

at least tell us if you are going to fix this or you are planing on ignoring this bug

It seems to be a while since the last update here.
I just got this legendary and it is not working.
Here some proofs :

As you can see on the second picture, there is not the "Ashe to dust" debuff on the target. So it does not take increased damage from the user for 6 sec

Seriously, it has been three months, and you guys couldn't figure it out that none of you are correct? Why do you keep confirming eachother's post without doing your research?
That "debuff" you want to appear on the target is NOT A DEBUFF. It's an aura that YOU get when you equip the item, and it is to increase the effect 3's value of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=205273&&name=wake-of-ashes
Which by default gives the player 0% bonus damage done to that target. If you have that aura that you falsely identified as a "debuff that's not applied to the target", that 0% becomes 15%. It's unbelievable that none of you actually tried to check if your damage is increased or not.
