Bug description: Reins of the Astral Cloud Serpent gone from my inventory and/or my mount collection after crash. I have farmed the mount (SO MANY TIMES) and i finally got it and the server crashed right as i used it. When i logged back on it was GONE with everything i got from Elegon too.

You should make a item recovery request with your armory link and latest activities(dropped stuff) and these screenshots.
