I cannot put auto-loot to work. Is auto-loot disabled in the server?

Auto Loot works on the server. Have you tried to set it in the Interface tab?

In here:

If you check "Auto Loot" it will be set as default for when you're looting anything. If you leave it unchecked you still can auto-loot manually, by pressing a key when looting. For example, my key is Shift.
