Bug description: this enchant on shoulders should give you a bloodhunter quarry drop at mobs in broken isle, the problem is the drop chance because i farm an hour this quarry's and i didnt get 1 single quarry, i think the drop chance is bugged or something is wrong.

Rejected. All shoulder's boon are currently "active", related items are figuring in Legion's creature's loot table.
