Bug description: In Arcway at [Nal'tira] i Usually can't use Bloodthirst as a Warrior when the boss is below 50% HP

This is a common occurrence with certain spells, and it's most likely because you stood in the haste reducing dust for a few seconds. Some spells bug out after that and are unusable, sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes after walking back into the dust and then walking out again. Boss HP plays no role in this.
