Bug description: cant complete it,since for some reason i decided to put points into my artifacts before i accepted this quest

Try to switch to protection or holy tree for this quest. You get AP for first trait automatically and it might give you credit for this quest.

Gain artifact power, imbue your weapon and complete the quest, no bug.
