[REJECTED] Can't complete Worgen starting zone

I got to the part of the starting zone where it says I have been bitten by a worgen, but nothing happens after this. I have no quests and no way of completing the area so that I can continue on with this character. I tried deleting my cache and logging back in, but that didn't help either.

NVM, in the basement the female NPC quest giver was unmarked as having a quest, but still provided the quest. I will update if I'm not able to proceed further again.
