Options:

1. Try closing down the game. Deleting WTF and Cache folder. Make sure your picked language is enGB.

2. Use website unstuck function and then try to delete character.

I ve done as u proposed but it did not work.The character still exists!

Confirmed.

Gostal has a unusual problem deleting his character.

Solution:

I will ask GMs see if they can manually delete your character from database.
