[REJECTED] Can't unlock World Quests

Character name:Huntbull
Bug description: I can't unlock World Quests. Nathanos Blightcaller does not give this quest "Uniting Zandalar". Faction reputation is Friendly. Character have "Loremaster of Zandalar" achivement. Command ".quest help 51916" - conditions not met. Cache and WTF are clear. What am I doing wrong?

Did you also complete the 3 footholds in the opposite factions BFA zone? I will leave this topic open for a response.

Try that and afterwards see if that allows for world quests to be completed. In the meanwhile i will have to close this topic as its not a valid bug report.
