[REJECTED] Character/Quest/Account bugged.

Bug description: At first, my character Osteo Warrior is unable to make the quest Assault Broken Shore, i've done it several times at least 7 but unable to keep on going with my quests, the proof at the description is the fact that im unable to sumbit a ticket on the game. I'd just like to confirm that it can be fixed hopefully, im really frustrated due to the fact im new at the game!

Hello,
That error message is just a visual bug, you shouldn't have issues posting tickets. And for the quest, you need to speak to Captain Russo in order to begin the scenario.
