cidoy removes the character that so you do not dps, take with you on the holy dps

Dueling someone never re-charged your cooldowns's on blizzard , or anywhere else . If you say you never used this to exploit stuff then you shouldn't be bothered that someone wants it fixed .

It's something we intentionally implemented and I don't see a reason for disabling it.
As for the remaining buff durations, yes we are aware of that and will fix it when we can.
