One does not simply change specs from Frost (most likely he had https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=81328 (wowhead link) ) to Unholy and then claim Unholy Might doesn't work. Of course you didn't see a difference since Brittle Bones grants 4% strength and Unholy Might grants 5%. Unholy Might works fine, no bug here.
