Bug description: Rune of the Fallen Crusader doesn't benefit from The Darkest Crusade trait on Apocalypse.

It does. By default fallen crusader is 15%. With trait u go up to 20%

Nevermind, I misread the trait. I thought it would give 10% strength everytime it procced.
