Bug description: It deals way more damage than it should in pvp. in the first two pics you can see the damage dealt. first ~220k damage non crit without the freezing fog talent with pillar of frost up and rune of the fallen crusader + razorice stacks. In the second pic is 300k noncrit with freezing fog talent
the second imgur link is the damage dealt by a frost dk with the same procs in eyes of storm on blizzard 7.1.5. he dealt 140k noncrit with the same procs as me. that`s obvious something bugged here (multiplier or the increases of howling from mastery and artifact traits)

Eugh you keep trying ...

Howling blast is fine. It crits 400k in pvp but i have the 30% in talent increase 30% in traits and 10% exrtra cause of a bonus trait.
With pillars of frost and all other procs it can crit 400k. Which is perfectly fine.

traits and traits bonus are not enabled on pvp .

it crits around ~450-500k in pvp with all procs up. but crit in pvp it`s 1.5, not 2x as in pve

i dont see that DK doing 750k in pve, clearly something is broken with DK because i've seen DK's from my guild linking talents and saying that they're bugged in a pozitive way.

You can constantly see two yellow damage numbers ticking in that video. At 0:52 you can see two yellow numbers tick at once while he's on GCD, one of them is Frost Fever the other is Frozen Pulse. It's not Razorice because Razorice hits significantly less than that. If he uses Frozen Pulse that means he's not using Freezing Fog which increases Howling Blast and Frost Fever damage by 30%.

At 0:18 he non-crit Howling Blasts for 264K wihout even having Fallen Crusader up, Fallen Crusader would easily take this to 300K.
If he had Freezing Fog that'd be 130% of 264K which is 343K. Or 130% of 300K which is 390K if he had Fallen Crusader up.
Now add the 2x crit multiplier and you're at 686K without Fallen Crusader and around 780K with Fallen Crusader.

Go to 5:17, he jumps away from the dummy and non-crit Howling Blasts for 463K, if you pause exactly at 5:11 you can see him non-crit Howling Blast for 531K.



So yea, 750K Howling Blast is nothing unusual. If this dude had crit it'd have hit over 1M.

Bonus traits nu merg in pvp, traits normale merg și golden traits.

Trait-ul cu 20/20 pe care il deblochezi atunci cand ai completat toate celelalte traits (este cel care da increase x% dmg la tot dmg tau), de asemenea nu trebuie sa mearga in pvp.

You know that in december 19 was 7.1 No?
The fix is incorrect cause at december 19 i don't see a fix for dk's in pvp and at december 13 is a fix for dk but reduces 10% stamina in pvp.

You don't know what gear that dk has and what stats he has maybe he doesn't have full artifact i aproximatly get my 5% bonus damage from my artifact and i can deal 800k on howling blast with freezing fog with full procs

If i get thet +5% bonus damage i could deal 1M with howling blast but with full procs and those are preety rare to have them all at the same time
